States that a branch fell into the ditch SR # 79267

Rear neighbor (behind 700 and 701 Deer Ridge Court) recently graded their entire yard, filling in the ditch behind both properties. Now there is nowhere for rain water or runoff to drain.

Maintain my side of the street better/more often please!
