Sewer access in driveway is caving in. area appears to have been marked, but I can find nothing in Maximo or CSR. Hole has broken driveway leaving a 3 inch hole that is a trip hazard. Please contact Citizen Beth Otlowski at 757-803-8488

Citizen advised there is a cave in next to the sewer cover--she stated it caused her to trip.

Citizen advised sewer work was done on 9/22/2020--however the pipe was left exposed and he believes there is a problem with the sewer line. Maybe sinking in.

Ground is caving in again at water meter in our yard. This happened several months ago, and a pipe was replaced by the City. We thought all was good, but cave in is happening again Has this issue been reported to the city previously? Y...
