At 5:00 a.m. while headed north on George Washington Highway I have started getting an extra long red light cycle at Gilmerton Road and there is no one or very few cars on Gilmerton.

5/9 Another person called///CT Citizen advised the light turning or going straight leaving Sams Club is not cycling properly. Light did not turn green. Declined SR#.

Green light is not cycling properly. She sat there for 10 minutes to make a left turn.

This light sometimes cycles 3 times before it will change.
