sink hole in front of pump station #146, this was repaired before and resident states that his house shakes when trucks go over it he would like to be contacted ONEAL, Eugene -547-1089

City did work on sewer line and now there is a sink hole that needs to be repaired. The hole is by the street and is about 20 inches deep and foot wide. There is a cone left in hole. Please contact citizen. David Lucas at 757-275-6045

Behind this address the ground is caving in. Sewer lines run back there per Compass maps. Please also check the open pipe behind 4803 on the corner of the fence.

Citizen states that there is a manhole that has sunken into the road. South bound lane have to go around to avoid going down into hole
