08/21/2020-Resident called and said that they discovered that this was their sprinkler system and not from city, Called to cancel-TH Water leaking in the grass in front of the address. Near the curb.

Reported by a passerby. Water running out into the street. Sparrow and Cobb Ave

Resident states PU came out and dug in her yard to find the sewer cleanout. She states today there is a water leak in this area and there is now a pool of water in the front yard. She believes it is water, not sewage.

This was noticed today, 7/20/2020. Driveway is very wet, entrance to Townhouse is where puddles of water is accumulating.
