Caller says it looks like a cave in instead of a pothole.

Just as you merge onto the bypass from mount pleasant traveling south bound, a pothole keeps recurring and there is a sewer line running under the road at that location

There is a large cave, 12 inches deep, in near the water meter,

Resident states there is cracked and caved in concrete around their water line on the Poplar Ridge side of the property.
