OUR SEWER NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT. IT COULD POSSIBLE BE CLOGGED

3/1/2024 George Valentin checked site for sewage stoppage/backup. See attached picture. Spoke to customer who advised they were concerned with water standing at the curb and gutter after a rain.

2/13/2024 See attached picture. This is blocked stormwater. Water is over her tires

Tried to snake the clog with only had 25 foot 3/20/24--Robert Barrett ? Customer Contact Center ? Please transfer SR # 24-00052772 to Public Utilities Sewer. Please transfer SR# 24-00049564 to Public Utilities Water Production.
