Culvert pipes underneath of Rokeby and all up and down Oleander are either mostly or completely blocked. Indian River residents have a dream that one day public works will do maintenance in our section of the city.

Resident reports SW pipe on side of her home is backed up and needs to be flushed. Please investigate and flush as needed.
