The empty lot/field. The ditches on the street need to be cleaned out by the city. A lot of homeowners and renters over here were never made aware that it's something you have to put a request in for. ENTIRE street of Lockard.

Sherriff's crew has cleaned and cleared rear ditch in the past. Please clean to at least Gould Ave to improve water flow.

Access from Kegman RD. Ditch is full of leaves and is clogged up. Limbs pine straw poison ivy
