My original request for service (18-00018958) was closed however the problem was not fixed. the sensors in the road that trigger the changing of the light is not functioning properly.

Citizen advised light is not changing properly. He has sat through five cycles and light has not turned green.

Sensor does not pick up vehicle stopped at white line. Vehicle must be 6ft into intersection for sensor to detect it.

The lights controlling traffic going east on great bridge turn red and remain red when there is no traffic for it to be red. It is stopping traffic for no reason, essentially.

Resident states Traffic signal at this intersection, south bound, skips green lights. The resident states she has sat there for 10 minutes at times.
