privacy fence in back has fallen down

Tarp on roof. Windows damaged. Gutters coming off on back of house. No electricity to the house. There are 3 expired permits in EBuild.

Front porch is in bad shape. Boards missing and sticking up.

Parking lot next to Hilton Garden Inn (owned by Regal) is overgrown and unkempt.

Pool in back yard is leaning over. Shed door is falling off. Dog feces is piling up and smells bad. Can be seen from 1420 Hazel.

Paint peeling, windows in shape.
