Citizen advised there is a cave in around the sewer pipes. This has been repaired several times. Located in the 1200 block of Algona.

Sinking near manhole cover

Water leaking into adjacent ditch and inside of plug area under sewer lid. Starting to cave in between cover and ditch. Have been noticing strong sewer smell on occasion for the past couple of weeks but could not pinpoint...Might be it?
