THE CITY HAS ALREADY BEEN OUT AND SCAPED THE AREA IN WHICH DID NOT HELP THE PROBLEM. THE AREA LOOK TERRIBLE AND THERE IS WATER PONDING IN THE AREA THAT WAS SCRAPED. SOMETHING UNDER THE SURFACE IS CAUSING THE AREA TO POND.

Someone passing by called to report that water is pouring down driveway of home. The homeowners are not home.

Apt complex is complaining about high water bills. They wants someone to come out and check for a meter leak.
