4/5/24 - Another citizen called on this. Please clean and clear the entire length for water flow. BClaffey I've sent many photos in the past requests. Please evaluate drainage ditches for better flow.

Ditch has never drained in the 7 years i have lived here. city has sent guys out in the past with a spade shovel and about 45min worth of scraping around. Issue needs to be addressed.
