Citizen advised area was patched before--area caving in.

Total of 4 spots where the ground has caved along running parallel to the house

States that there is a sewer drain off in between her home and her neighbors home that drains off into the lake. Said that its between 401 and 403 Bluewater Ct. Said that the dirt is sinking causing a fall hazard

Citizen advised paving was done on Kempsville Rd. and the sewer manhole cover is not level to the ground. This is causing damage to vehicles.

Resident said that he called about this back in April. Nothing was done. The dip /cave-in is getting worse. On the side of house.

Citizen has dug up dirt around the sewer pipes, dirt is stacked up in the yard and there is a board and cone over the hole. Neighbor not sure if city did this or resident.
