Resident states water is "percolating" from the driveway.

The yard is saturated - we turned the sprinkler system off a couple weeks ago but have not experienced a change, so think there could be a water leak. Our property manager asked us to report one.

Citizen advised there is water leaking in the driveway, puddles of water left. Not sure where water is coming from.
