debris everywhere, wrong items in trash cans so waste management will not empty cans and resident throws trash in yard it blows down the street and into other peoples yard. cans are over stuffed and remains at curbside 24/7.

Resident called in and stated that there is a bunch of debris accumulation in the back yard at 2405 Payne Rd. that is bringing a lot of mosquitoes.
