Citizen advised water lines were repaired or installed several months ago. Area was patched and now there is a 2x2 foot depression in the road.

this has been an ongoing problem and it never gets fixed right. all that happens is rock and dirt gets brought in and fill. what needs to happen is the concrete frame needs to go down deeper to stop water flow
