Sewer backup in front yard. This was services on Thursday 8/8/19, however it has backed up again

Citizen advised there is a strong sewer smell in her front yard. The yard is caving in--she believes near the sewer line. Please notify citizen of outcome or leave a card on door.

Sewer Cave In, in line with sewer cleanout

Resident states that there was a cone over a sewer drain by the sidewalk and she isn't sure if that is causing the issue or not. However she states that she doesn't have a stoppage but there is a strong sewage smell coming from her home
