Green arrow when no cars in the lane. Length of light on Battlefield is shorter than Hillwell Rd

Police Dispatcher Warren reporting this light is not cycling properly. No other information was available about the light. Reported to A. Mariner at 609-7014.

The light at this intersection frequently stops traffic in one direction on Taylor going east west and stops the end of Bangor. There doesn't seem to be any logic in the stoppages.
