Vegetation overgrowth returning in rear of property. Please address.

08-20-25 Citizen stated the grass is high near the creek. Drainage is near the creek. GS

looks like a overgrown jungle. bushes/weeds/shrubs taller than 6 feet. see pics attached

States that there is no drainage and everything comes into yard and washes it out. States that the entire road has no drainage and when they repaved the road it makes all the water flow into his yard-Please contact citizen

This is a long ditch and needs cleaned to prevent flooding. There are 10-12 houses and a farm field that drain through it.
