Sinking area for several months. In yard next to curb. Not urgent.

Sunk in on left top corner and dirt erosion and sink hole to the left in yard.

On both sides of the sewer drain between 615 and 613 Great Heron Ct, the left and right back sides are caving in under the sidewalk. It's also eroding away on the front side closest to 613 Great Heron Ct.
