We received a CSR regarding a dip/cave in. We CCTV the line, we found no defects. In GIS there is a storm drain that runs parallel to our line. Not sure if Public Works received the same CSR.

Chris said to send this to Steve Gilbert. JH changed type to Miscellaneous. This man is visiting and has a lawyer because he fell in the hole at the water meter. I phoned Chris S. to report.

Resident says nobody has been out yet. Sent to Chris Scheible//CTaylor Citizen advised the area around the sewer is caving in--located in her driveway. Please knock on residents door.
