Wires sticking from, could be dangerous

At the 2/7/2023 Town Hall Meeting Barbara Harris reported a blinking LED street light on Volvo Parkway at the Greenbrier Country Club next to the Emerald Green Housing Development. She is concerned this poses a traffic hazard.
