Mr Clarence Betit called to request ditch clearing AND regrading on roadside ditches along Gum Road due to flooding and trash accumulation. Mr Betit is a routine City Manager caller.

Resident reports ditch in front of her home has been full of water for a couple of months despite no major rains. There may be a high point somewhere to the East or otherwise a backup in a pipe. Will generate separate flushing SR.
