Sewer cap is damaged on pipe and you can smell sewage

Citizen advised sewer backing up in kitchen and bedrooms.

Please amend ticket 20-00181220 to include both sewers on the corner of Seville and San Pedro as well as the sewer on San Pedro directly across from Seville Drive.

Storm sewer backs up significantly with a moderate amount of rain. Deep flooding of the corner of San Pedro Drive and Seville Drive follows.

Resident had to spend $15,000 dollars for previous sewer related concerns, wants the city to clear their side of the property to the city clean out. Please respond to the resident by knocking at the front door

plumber came and snaked the line previously

Citizen advised she is having problems with drain flies coming out of the drain in her house. She was advised the City might be able to check city lines to make sure they are clean. Please contact citizen.

Plumber advised problem is on the city side.
