Last year when the sewer lines were replaced, the company replaced too much dirt in the center of the ditch. When it rains now, heavily, the water comes through and stops in the middle of the ditch. The two ends where the water comes through and on the other end runs through. The bottom of the ditch needs dredging out. Thanks
