Sink hole forming next to city street drain.

Detailed Description of Issue: Grass was flush to side of storm drain. Took out trash and stepped into sink hole caused by leaking storm drain with washed out soil. Concerned with erosion of soil around drain and driveway. Grass compresses more than indicated in photo.
