Resident Terry Reese visited City Hall to report that the ditch or swale in front of his home at 4441 Woodland is filled in and is not draining properly to the ditch or pipe, particularly to the left of his driveway (facing the home). Also believes there is an issue with the roadside ditch that drains toward I-664, holding water.
