Stormwater - Pipe/Drain/Catch Basin - Blocked at Pocaty Rd

Pokey Creek from Fentress airfield to intercoastal waterway. This is a drainage for the area and is blocked with fallen trees. Do not believe it's been cleaned for at least 20 years. If we had a major hurricane the area would be flooded.
