On 28 March 2024 at 1300 hours, this inspector arrived at the above location. This is a single story brick veneer residence that was involved in a structure fire. There is heavy smoke damage (90 percent) to the structure. Upon looking at the electrical panels, both are exposed with wire going everywhere. Based upon the smoke damage and electrical issues, the structure is unsafe. Dominion Energy was contacted to remove the electrical panel. The resident is allowed access sunrise-sunset only to obtain personal items. An Unsafe placard was placed on the A side primary egress point.--HPIII
