BROWN Customer Service Manager Residence is a rental house. Residents keep putting garbage and bulk items in front of house, but do not call for pickup. PW has left notices that they won't pick up without a request for pickup. Resident currently has a couch out there. Neighbor would like D&P to investigate and ticket resident, so they will stop doing it.
