Ditch needs grading
Detailed Description of Issue: Regrade ditch for drainage. I don't pay the sewage and water for nothing.

Describe Work Done: Cleaned out drain pipe, told them ditch needs dug out. Guy said that's a different department. I'm not hooked up to the city, but I pay water and sewage.
