Solis <bsolis@cityofchesapeake.net> Subject: Code Enforcement Hi Jay, I received a call regarding multiple elevators inoperable at the Starling Village, a senior community in Chesapeake (1921 Robert Hall Blvd, Chesapeake), for several weeks. The residents are having difficulty getting to their rooms on higher levels given the issue and its presenting a safety concern with exiting as well as receiving medical services. This was the complex that caught fire several years ago. Is this some type of code violation? If so, could your office follow up on it? Thank you, Amanda Amanda L. Newins, Esq.
