Miscellaneous request # 43168. "This is a public safety concern and noise violation after hours with high pitched decibels all hours of the night and day. Thank you for your quick response to this matter and I hope it is fixed before something happens and it breaks in high wind especially when the proper authority has been advised of the situation now. The windmill/cell tower at 1636 Elbow Rd is in desperate need of repair!! It is making all kinds of screeching noise and seems unsafe! The sounds get louder daily and could indicate a serious fault with the mechanical failure of the windmill. It is unsafe and could fall on someone or someone's property causing injury or property damage not to mention it's a public noise complaint all hours of the day and night. Please have the appropriate owner of its not city property repair this issue as soon as possible.
