Detailed Description of Issue: The City came and scrape the debris from the street . But now the top edge of the ditch that meets the road is even higher now. This will further prevent the water from the street to run off into the ditch. This will continue to cause water pooling.

Describe Work Done: City scraped the street only , no banking of the ditch so water could run off the street. Please have someone call so can explain problem in detail.
