THIS IS BEING HANDLED BY KELLY FRIEND IN ENGINEERING - MOUNT PLEASANT PROJECT Sign advising of "unmarked pavement ahead". Completely blocking sidewalk. Can't fit a wheelchair / stroller / mobility device around it without going on grass - ADA violation. There is so much grass to move the sign onto instead of blocking the sidewalk. "Impeding traffic?" - yes, it's impeding pedestrian traffic, particularly those with mobility devices or strollers.
