I submitted a report regarding this a couple weeks ago and received a call back saying that it was cleared. That worked (a little bit) for the next couple rains but it's back to flooding half the street again. This is today, which experienced continuous light rain but nothing excessively heavy. There may be a larger issue at play, such as pipes / ditches downstream blocked that's causing this to backup.
