8/11/25--Transfer caller to Mr. Deronne's VM. zena// Neighbors have placed their gutter runoffs on our property as seen that was marked by said neighbor from them being adamant about the property line. I would talk to them but they have been an issue in the past and i would like to not deal with them. Have tried to be nice neighbors but they have unknown animosity towards us for no reason. We believe this is a vindictive act to try to rot our fence and cause drainage issues on our property.
