I?m reporting a drainage issue coming from 513 Happy Acres Road, Chesapeake, VA. The residents have installed a gutter extension that drains directly onto my side of the fence, just inches from the property line. They also placed a visible property line marker next to the gutter, making it clear this was intentional. This is already causing water to pool along the fence and poses a risk of erosion or damage to my property. Due to ongoing hostility and false complaints they?ve made in the past, we are not able to address the matter directly with them. I respectfully request that the city inspect the setup and enforce any applicable drainage or property maintenance ordinances.
