When it rains the ditches fill with water and overflow and get backed up. Covers the street and the driveway. Neighbors house at 3733 Campbell road are new owners and the ditch is blocked. We believe that is backing up the three houses. I was told I can request the city to come out and clear out the ditches. Apparently it has been years since they have been cleared out.
