Previous Sr # report should have never been closed. Over 2 months and car owner never compliant per city compliance rules/ laws. Even from street in city vehicle its obvious it's a small tarp covering front of car, not all of car. Not fitted car cover required for compliance in the city of Chesapeake. Still visible from street and sidewalk. Requesting enforcement of actual car cover or city fines per code. Please update status here.
