Trees are dying and dropping branches on my backyard and shed. The trees are behind my fence on city property. The roots previously damaged the drain tube running under the property. There is also a utility easement in my backyard that the tree roots could be encroaching on. If you go in my backyard and through the gate on the back of the property, the trees are over there. Or if you go down Naples Ct you can get to the trees on that side too. Can the city remove them?
