It is at the corner of Kempsville and Rainbow Run. I live in 853 Rainbow Run and when a large truck drives by and hits the drain cover, it will shake our house. The whole area, about 6', has sunken about 6". The drain is about 10' from the curb and the drain cover is about 17" in diameter. I would really appreciate it, if someone could look into it.
