I've seen the right turn arrow at the intersection of Campostella and Atlantic/Battlefield Blvd be green when other traffic has the green. Concerned it may cause an accident.

Sometimes the light doesn't turn correctly. It often skips Spanish Moss. In the mornings mostly, sitting at Spanish Moss to turn left to Butts Station the light takes forever and sometimes skips the Green cycle.

People are not following the traffic signal. People are allowing cars that have red light to go. Asking city to add camera or have a police there as it is a safety hazard and it is causing traffic to build up.
