Light triggers for side street (plantation lakes) & turn lanes on Volvo without cars being present. This causes mainline traffic to stop for no reason. Please fix.

Once again, this light on Volvo Pkwy at Plantation Lakes Circle is not cycling properly...It gives Volvo traffic a red when there is no traffic on the cross street and stays on that red for an extended period...It then activates both left...
